Job Description
As a System Analyst at DigiDoe, you will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, enhancing communication between stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met with precision and efficiency.
Principle Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Requirement Documentation: Develop detailed requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories. Ensure documentation is well-structured and traceable.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear communication and aligning project objectives. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Product Enhancement: Work with the development team to propose and prioritise product updates and enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.
Requirements (Skills & qualifications)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on product development.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of fintech industry best practices and current trends.
- Understanding of domain-driven design and microservice architecture.
